Description

Accidents can happen when you least expect it and we know how frustrating it can be to be left stranded without a car for days, thus, we got Mooshicar to give you:

  • A 5-day (RM50) or 7-day (RM90) Car Replacement Service
  • Temporary replacement for your personal car if yours is unavailable due to an accident or loss
  • Membership is valid for a one-time car replacement within one year
  • Contact Mooshicar 24-hours Help Line and your car will be replaced within 24 hours
  • Customers must make a police report regarding loss or accidental damage towards their personal car and submit a copy of the report to Mooshicar to be eligible for the car replacement program
  • Applicable to non-commercial vehicles only
  • Replacement cars will be of Malaysian make and models
  • Windscreen coverage isn’t provided
  • Replacement program isn’t transferable between customers
  • Customers must be at least 18 years of age and must be in possession of a valid driving license
  • An insurance that will ensure you have a vehicle if and when your own car will be unavailable to you
